We thoroughly check every single product before packaging. Please kindly note that the genuine products will not be considered for the refund where any defective product will be considered as exchangeable. BYMOLY reserves the rights to reject any request for refund or exchange.
There are a few cases we do not accept exchange.
Change of mind (Color or size chosen during orders)
Not in original condition (Used, Washed, Worn, Torn)
<Exchange for the Defective Products>
Exchange for defective product has to be requested within 2 days from the delivery arrival.
BYMOLY is in charge of postage in this case. The product is considered to be “defective” if it is received damaged or manufacturing fault that is immediate evident. Therefore, if the products were found to be “defective” upon arrival, please contact us through email within the effective period for our processing. The response will be done within 2-3 working days for further action.
*In general, the defective products will be replaced with the same product, size and colour, subject to availability. If the item (s) cannot be replaced for the same item, a full refund will be issued.
**Please note that any product purchased with promotion is not eligible for exchange.
<Exchange for the wrong delivered products>
A final inspection will be done prior to the acceptance of the product return. Please keep the product in its original condition for the exchange. Please kindly contact us immediately within 1 day of product arrival to ensure the exchange.
